Christine is an amazing yoga teacher. Her classes are a balance of yoga, motivation, and inspiration. Christine knows how to encourage you to reach your limit and be-yond, always keeping your yoga practice safe, fun, and energizing. The Costa Rica retreat was amazing last year and I am looking forward the next retreat with Christine and Spoken Word Yoga
There are many yoga instructors, but all too few who genuinely live the life and walk the talk. Christine, undoubtedly, is one of the few.
I have had the profound pleasure to experience two of Christine’s retreats and workshops. Her passion for yoga and her passion for life, in general, are evident in all of her words and actions.
I also had the extraordinary delight to witness Christine’s realization that her voice is an innate gift which should be shared with the world. You have to experience her soothing, calm, mellifluous voice and her words of wisdom to appreciate her unique talent.
Take one of her classes, or be bold and take a leap of faith; go on one of her retreats without having experienced one of her classes. I promise you, you won’t regret it. On the contrary, you will thank me.
Christine is the most Omazing yoga teacher I have had, I have been to a few studios in Fort Lauderdale and have experienced many different teachers and classes. My hands down favorite is her Raja classes. Besides the awesome deep stretching and opening of the muscles and hips etc. She has the most incredible guided meditations she uses that really keeps your focus on such positive thoughts. It makes working through the discomfort so much easier. Until you try one of her classes..you will never truly be able to understand the magic and light she posses. Namaste
My entire adult life I suffered from back-pain. That was 27 years of chronic pain. From intense exercising, to sitting at a desk many hours of a day, and sitting in the car too long, my body was just locked up. Finally, it got the worst it ever did and I would lock up as soon as I would get out of bed. I’ve seen doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists and massage therapists. I changed my diet omitting bread, omitting sugar, omitting tomatoes, mushrooms and red peppers because that’s what Tom Brady’s doctor says… omitting different things to to try and target why I had so much pain and stiffness. Nothing helped.
I was told by specialists I had a weak core which made no sense to me since my whole life I was active with exercise, cycling, fitness classes and tennis. Finally I was told about Christine’s Warm Raja stretch class from Ellen Latham’s Spin Class.
From the very first class I attended in 2017, I felt immediate results, way different than when I stretch solo! The next morning when I got out of bed and stood in the hot shower I realized my back wasn’t cramping up as it typically did! It was a miracle. The simple stretches that Christine takes the class through are held for long periods of time and stretches the body back to the natural position that we take our selves out of in this modern world. My aches, my pains, vanished.
I am so grateful I found Christine. I love to play tennis and gave it up for 2 full years because of the pain. I’ve been playing again for 14 months and am so happy! Plus I feel fantastic, better than I did in my 20s and I just turned 50! What a gift she is. Her mind and body connections help so many. I see the same folks come week after week as well.
